Bust 14: Kicen

Second of *Busiris's two commissions, this time on behalf of =neekko, of his character Kicen. I'm convinced that wearing your eyepatch under your eye in such a lackadaisical, devil-may-care way like that makes the act of having an eyepatch even more badass.
