I imagine, being the well-raised gypsy boy that he is, that Daggett would have some knowledge of how to dance. He probably just doesn't do so very often because he is well aware of how huge and clunky and ridiculous he looks, so he reserves it for occasions when he knows a ladyfriend will appreciate it.
