So I had to do this presentation on "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" where you illustrate a scene from the story and then go up and spend fifteen minutes talking about why you chose to draw it the way that you did.

Picked this one at random because I didn't want to present after the break week when he was going to start cracking down on people, but I didn't actually know anything about the poem until about a week ago.

Like... not even how to pronounce the word "Mariner" at first I though it was like "Mareener" But then I was like "No... that's like Namor's name..." Then for some reason I thought it was "Marnier" before I remembered that was booze.

I had to read this back in '04 for AP English in high school and I STILL dunno what it's about, so don't feel too bad. D: Fantastic illustration, though...I want his coat BAD.

Agh...I had to read this in 10th grade english...My teacher made us write a huge ass essay for EVERY SINGLE SECTION. I can recite it from memory now, and I hate it. T_T
